The Physical Therapy Assistant will collaborate with Physical Therapists to assess patient needs, implement treatment plans, supervise therapeutic exercises, and assist with gait, balance, and manual therapy techniques within their scope of practice. Responsibilities also include monitoring progress, adjusting interventions, documenting outcomes, and educating patients and families on home programs.
