The Youth Therapist will deliver professional therapeutic services to youth aged 8–18 and their families through individual, group, and family counseling sessions. Key duties include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with the treatment team while ensuring culturally competent service delivery.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in social work, clinical counseling, psychology, or a related field, along with a minimum of one year of experience providing youth mental health services. A valid driver's license, access to an insured vehicle, an acceptable driving record, professionalism, and a willingness to work evening hours are also mandatory.

Base Pay: $50,000/annual Bilingual Rate: An additional $3,120/annual rate added to the base pay if Spanish proficient.
