Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans to support client progress and outcomes
Build strong therapeutic relationships while delivering high-quality, client-centered care
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards
Respond promptly to client needs, including urgent situations, in both in-person and virtual settings
Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination
Communicate proactively regarding clinical concerns that may impact clients or program operations
Master’s degree required in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
OR Master’s degree in a related field with:
At least 24 graduate-level semester hours in behavioral health-related coursework
Coursework and experience in clinical treatment, assessment, psychopathology, and DSM diagnosis
Active licensure required: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT
Clinical experience required (may include graduate-level practicum or internship experience)
Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
