The Bank Physiotherapist will assist the Lead Physiotherapist in delivering high-quality, client-focused physiotherapy and hydrotherapy services to residents within the Centre. This role also involves providing effective operational and clinical leadership for these services in the Lead Physiotherapist's absence, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Candidates must possess a Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Healthcare Professionals Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), along with a Hydrotherapy qualification. Essential experience includes undertaking physiotherapy assessments and treatments across various physical needs, conducting specific risk assessments, and experience in multi-disciplinary teamwork.
Degree in Physiotherapy and currently registered with Healthcare Professionals Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). Hydrotherapy qualification (or equivalent e.g. aquatic therapy). A clear understanding of the CSP professional code of conduct and relevant professional guidelines. Awareness of the principles of person centered care. Knowledge of relevant legislation applicable to adults with complex needs (e.g. M.C.A.) Evidence of CPD.
