The Certified Nurse Aide will perform frequent resident rounds to check comfort, safety, and cleanliness, while assisting with the prescribed health care plan, including personal care services like bathing, feeding, and dressing. Responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with policies and accurately documenting Activities for Daily Living (ADL’s) and other required information.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED and meet all required training and certification standards for a nursing aid certificate and CPR. The role requires significant physical exertion, including the ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and perform activities like bending, stooping, and standing over 75% of the shift.
