The coordinator plans and leads person-centered programs to enhance the emotional, social, and recreational well-being of residents in assisted living and memory care settings. Key duties include facilitating therapeutic activities, fostering inclusion, supporting psychosocial needs, and ensuring documentation compliance.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with two years of experience working with older adults in group or long-term care settings. Candidates must possess excellent organizational, communication, and group facilitation skills, along with sensitivity to diverse resident needs.

As a Life Enrichment Coordinator - Assisted Living for Frank Residences, you will plan and lead a variety of person-centered programs designed to enhance the emotional, social, and recreational well-being of residents in assisted living and memory care settings. You will foster a positive and engaging environment through group, one-on-one, and self-directed activities while promoting inclusion, creativity, and meaningful resident connection. This role supports interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation compliance, and the overall quality of life across campus.
