The role involves implementing and monitoring patient care plans, including monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions as appropriate. This position also serves as a primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care and manages physician/nursing orders and discharge planning needs.
Minimum requirements include a Registered Nurse credential from the Tennessee Board of Nursing and a Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at hire. Candidates must also obtain BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire, with oncology experience and certification being preferred qualifications.
