The Nurse Practitioner will provide continuous, comprehensive care including disease management, health promotion, education, and preventative health services within the student health center or primary care clinic. This role involves diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic illness, working either independently or as part of a healthcare team.
Minimum requirements include a Master’s Degree in Nursing and two years of primary care experience, along with current FNP accreditation. Candidates must possess a valid Tennessee Advanced Practice Nursing license, prescriptive authority, DEA certification, and Basic Life Support certification.
