The role involves supporting the primary care clinic by providing service information, ensuring excellent communication, maintaining a safe patient care environment, and promoting customer service excellence. Responsibilities also include administrative proficiency such as utilizing office equipment and navigating electronic systems for patient chart quality assurance.
Candidates must have a high school education and possess intermediate computer skills, preferably with prior experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office programs. Prior experience in a front desk/office receptionist position, ideally in occupational health or primary care, is required to handle high-volume practice services effectively.

High school education required. Intermediate computer skills with prior experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office programs preferred. Previous experience working in a front desk/ office receptionist position. Key Responsibilities Display a positive attitude. Respond to customer requests in a timely manner. Demonstrate organizational skills and the ability to set priorities. Maintain confidentiality of protected information. Assist in customer relations by providing support to the division. Support special teams and committees by performing administrative support tasks. Assist in ensuring that standards of care, standards of practice, Code of Ethics, and policies and procedures are followed. Assist in monitoring practices to assure compliance with the regulatory agency rules and regulations to assure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Assist in looking for ways to improve effectiveness by assisting in the implementation of new ideas and more efficient approaches. Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Work conditions are such that significant time will be spent walking, standing, stooping, sitting, assisting with positioning patients, and include some lifting.
