The Physician Assistant will provide primary care medical services, including preventive exams and treatment for injuries and illnesses, while ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests as appropriate. Responsibilities also include prescribing medication, performing procedures within scope, and effectively communicating treatment plans to patients and families.
Candidates must possess an active Alaska License for PA, along with active BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in both family practice and urgent care settings is required for this role.
