The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage psychotropic medications, and collaborate with facility staff and family members to deliver care. Responsibilities also include documenting care in compliance with regulatory standards while providing compassionate, trauma-informed services.
Candidates must be a Certified PMHNP with an active DEA and an active, unrestricted state license. Experience with geriatric or long-term care populations is preferred, and prior experience in a nursing home setting is a plus.

Certified PMHNP Active DEA Active, unrestricted state license Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience with geriatric or long-term care populations preferred (not required) Prior experience as a Psychiatric RN or Psychiatric NP in a nursing home or similar setting is a plus
