Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED, and ideally possess 1-2 years of successful employment history with the same establishment. A valid driver's license with fewer than 4 points is required, along with the willingness to undergo mandatory background checks, fingerprint examination, and drug testing.
