The role involves providing compassionate support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with daily activities such as hygiene, meals, medication administration, and fostering community connections. Responsibilities also include observing and documenting changes in health or behavior, performing household tasks, and ensuring safe transportation for residents.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED, and ideally possess 1-2 years of continuous employment and 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Applicants must also pass mandatory background checks, fingerprint examinations, and submit to drug testing, along with holding a valid driver's license with fewer than 4 points.

Saturday through Wednesday 8am-4pm (Shift is shared with Wayne DP)
Thursday through Monday 4pm-12am
