The role involves providing compassionate support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with daily activities such as hygiene, meals, and medication, while fostering a comfortable home environment. Responsibilities also include adhering to health and service plans, documenting observations, performing household tasks, and ensuring safe transportation for residents.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a High School Diploma or GED, and have 1-2 years of successful employment with the same establishment. A valid driver's license with fewer than 4 points is mandatory, and experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
