• Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Children's Social Worker to join our client in North Wales.
• This is an exceptional opportunity for a Social Worker to become part of the long-term Children’s Safeguarding team.

• The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in identifying and managing child protection concerns, as well as addressing ongoing issues.

• Role Overview This challenging and rewarding role involves working with complex cases, including:
• High-end Children in Need (CIN) and child protection cases.
• Managing cases that may progress to care proceedings, requiring a solid understanding of Court work and the statutory requirements for children who are looked after.

• Key Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing measurable, timely interventions in Child Protection/CIN plans.
• Identifying when further intervention is required to protect children within your caseload and taking appropriate action.
• Championing practice improvement, actively participating in process, procedure, policy, and strategy development.
• Managing and assessing risk, leveraging technical authority and deep expertise in social care practice.
• Supporting and mentoring others while maintaining credibility and hands-on experience in complex cases.
