As a social worker within the MASH team, you will ensure that children and young people are at the heart of assessments and decision-making. You will collaborate with various agencies to provide coordinated support to families based on their assessed needs.
Candidates must have Social Work England registration and at least 2 years of statutory experience. A recognized qualification in Social Work and a full driving license are also required.
Senior Social Worker – MASH (2+ years statutory experience)
Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for experienced social workers to join a MASH team within the Southwest of England! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and transformational local authority.
About you
As a social worker within the MASH team, you will work to ensure the children and young people are kept at the heart of assessments and decision making. You will work in partnership with other agencies (health, education, police, voluntary sector etc.) to ensure families receive coordinated and appropriate support in relation to their assessed needs.
You will need a clear understanding of the principle and function of a Front Door / Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub and evidence of the ability to determine positive outcomes for children and young people, within tight timescales.
