What will your responsibilities be?
Expert knowledge and experience in relevant legislation, social work theory, policy, and principles.
Proven track record of excellent strengths-based practice in a social care environment.
Ability to undertake, analyze, and translate complex assessments of need, risks, and strengths.
Proficiency in recognizing and responding to behavior indicating resistance to change, ambivalence, or selective cooperation with services.
Capability to deliver difficult messages and take immediate action when necessary.
Ability to form strong professional relationships within a multi-disciplinary setting.
High level of written and verbal communication skills.
