The LPN provides patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, demonstrating appropriate skills based on their training and licensure. They work collaboratively with other healthcare team members and provide direction to non-licensed personnel.
Candidates must have a valid LPN Oklahoma license and obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Less than 1 year of experience is required for this position.
Under the supervision or direction of a Registered Nurse, the LPN provides patient care specific to the age of the patient. Demonstrates the appropriate skills and ability, based on scope of practice, level of training and/or licensure, to assess, treat, and/or care for patients. Care is provided through utilization of the nursing process, by leadership to provide direction of other non-licensed nursing service personnel and by working collaboratively with other members of the health care team.
Valid LPN Oklahoma license BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care CPI N-95 fit test (yearly) Less than 1 year experience
