The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and coordinating care by assessing patient health needs, developing nursing care plans, maintaining medical records, and educating patients and families on physical and behavioral health conditions. This includes ensuring physician orders are transcribed correctly and continuously monitoring and documenting the patient's status according to established protocols.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing school and possess a current state-required RN license, along with CPR and De-escalation/Restraint certifications. One or more years of nursing experience in the facility's clinical service area is preferred.
