The Case Manager applies psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to treat emotional and behavioral disorders in individuals and families, involving psychosocial evaluation and initial treatment plan development. Responsibilities also include maintaining service documentation, updating case loads, and participating in treatment team meetings to coordinate patient services.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Human Services, along with at least one year of experience working with a comparable patient population. A state or national therapy provider license is required, along with specific certifications for restraint/de-escalation.
