primarily involve providing non-medical in-home assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. The caregiver must also complete service notes after each visit and report any environmental concerns or changes in client status to a supervisor.
Candidates must speak, read, and write English effectively, possess a state-issued Driver's License with auto insurance, and pass extensive criminal background checks and a drug panel. Preferred qualifications include experience in home care tasks and the physical ability to lift and transfer consumers weighing up to 150 pounds.
