The Outpatient Therapist will conduct formal clinical assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to clients in the Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Program. Responsibilities also include working with Drug Court and prison assessments, providing crisis stabilization, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a clinical discipline from a regionally accredited institution and have one year of experience in the behavioral health field. A minimum of one year of experience providing therapeutic services to justice-involved individuals is required, with familiarity with court systems being highly preferred.

In this role, the Outpatient Therapist will provide diagnostic assessments and individual, family and group psychotherapy to our clients. Holcomb serves a diverse population, covering the entire age and diagnostic spectrum.
Schedule Details: Full-Time (Flexible Scheduling)
Location: Kennett Square, PA
Program: Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Program
Pay Rate: $30+/hour Billable Rate
Master’s degree in a clinical discipline for mental health therapists. All degree(s) must be from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.
One year of experience in the behavioral health field for mental health therapists. 1 year of experience providing therapeutic services to justice-involved individuals, including those currently or formerly incarcerated. Familiarity with court systems and the ability to collaborate effectively with legal professionals and correctional institutions are highly preferred.
LPC Licensed Preferred (LCSW, PsyD a plus). Co-occurring professional certification is strongly encouraged—clinical supervision leading to licensure available.
Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Verification that the employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.
At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
