• We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant who’s ready to support both patients and providers during in-office procedures.
• In this role, you’ll prepare patients for visits, assist with procedures, maintain sterile environments, and ensure accurate documentation—helping providers deliver seamless, high-quality care.
• Do you have experience in Orthopedics?
• Have you worked in Pain Management?
• Have you operated a C-Arm in the past?

• General Summary
• Facilitate communication between patient and provider, including intake, vitals, EMR documentation, and procedure prep.
• Prepare exam and procedure rooms, including stocking, sterilization, and equipment set-up.
• Assist providers during in-office procedures by prepping injections, handing instruments, and monitoring sterile technique.
• Maintain patient safety, HIPAA compliance, and universal precautions throughout all procedures.
• Support care team with records, scheduling, supply management, and patient follow-up communication.
