The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for maintaining, retrieving, and auditing patient files and data. They also handle correspondence, process reports, and manage telephone communications within the office.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred for this role. Candidates should have prior medical office experience and proficiency with modern office equipment and computer systems.
