The Medical Scribe is responsible for accurately documenting patient visits in real-time, including history, exams, results, treatment plans, and prescriptions within the Electronic Health Record (EHR). This role also involves assisting with labs, radiology reports, provider orders, and supporting seamless patient care while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.
Candidates must have completed a Medical Assistant/Scribe program or possess one year of orthopedic scribe experience, with CNA or Pre-Med students encouraged to apply. A minimum of two years of healthcare or back-office experience is required, and applicants should be tech-savvy, detail-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinic setting.
