Minimum Qualifications

• 1.
• Possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling 2.
• Hold licensure as a Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist (TLLP), Limited Licensed Master of Social Work (LLMSW), or Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) from the State of Michigan.
• 3.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing group and individual counseling preferred

Essential Job Functions

• 1.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral and functional assessments addressing behaviors of concern, emotional, social, environmental, relational, and physiological factors.
• 2.
• Evaluate vulnerabilities, medication effects, and provide psychological evaluations and diagnoses as appropriate.
• 3.
• Participate in Person-Centered Planning and collaborate with individuals, families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized support plans.
• 4.
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior support and treatment plans, including individual, family, and group therapy, skill-building, preventative strategies, and staff supports.
• 5.
• Provide crisis intervention, ongoing progress evaluation, and outcome measurement using data-driven tools.
• 6.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources, psychiatric services, and other supports.
• 7.
• Deliver training to individuals, families, caregivers, and professionals on support plans and interventions.
• 8.
• Serve on and present cases to the Behavior Support Committee as required.
• 9.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies, confidentiality standards, and documentation requirements.
• 10.
• Effectively manage time, communicate across teams, utilize agency technology, and travel within the service area as needed to fulfill job duties.
