This role serves as the primary liaison between patients, providers, and the healthcare team to ensure smooth care delivery and guides patients through their healthcare journey. Responsibilities include supporting providers with clinical and administrative tasks, accurately documenting patient visits, assisting with in-office procedures, and managing paperwork and scheduling.
A high school diploma or GED is required, though a medical background or relevant coursework is preferred. Candidates must possess strong organizational, typing (40+ WPM), and computer skills, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to handle pressure and maintain confidentiality.
