$1,000 Sign-On Bonus Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager, the CNA is responsible for assisting with direct patient care within the scope of their practice.
Provides personal care to the patient and assists with activities of daily living in the patient's home, facilities and/or Inpatient units.
The CNA is responsible for maintaining his/her own clinical and mandatory education requirements and for meeting the established standards of their profession as well as those accountable for his/her practice, assigned duties/patient care, and is an advocate for patients/families and their profession.
Demonstrates knowledge of age-specific patient populations and cultural diversity during the provision of patient care.
Contributes to the provision of quality care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.

Education and qualifications
Current certification in the State of Florida as a Certified Nurse
A minimum of one (1) year of experience preferred.
Must maintain current CPR
Experience in caring for the terminally ill

Essential job responsibilities
Performs or assist patients with tub/shower/bath, complete/partial bed bath, personal care, skin care dressing, nail care, hair care, foot care and oral hygiene.
Take and records B/P, pulse, respiration, weight and temperature. Reports abnormalities to the RN.
Assists patient or caregiver with the use of Hoyer lift, commode, bedpan, urinal, wheelchair, hospital bed and other equipment as directed by registered nurse.
Assists patients to achieve maximum independence in their activities of daily living and promotes optimal well being for the patient through maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment.
