Job Description

• ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment.
• Candidates must have prior travel experience and strong cardiac telemetry skills.
• The nurse will provide care to adult and geriatric patients requiring cardiac monitoring and post-cardiac intervention care.
• Floating to like units, including Tele 4B, is required.
• Epic experience is required.

• Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Manage and respond to dysrhythmias
• Provide pre/post cardiac care including cath and post-MI patients
• Perform central line care and IV management
• Follow heparin and cardiac drip protocols (per unit standards)
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
• Float to like units as needed

Qualifications

• Active RN license required (Compact accepted if applicable)
• Minimum 2 years Telemetry experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• BLS required
• ACLS required
• NIHSS required
• Strong cardiac telemetry experience required
• Must meet 75-mile radius rule
• Scrub color: Royal Blue
