This role involves comprehensive front office operations for Urological Services, including patient registration, managing phone lines, scheduling appointments, and routing patient issues to the appropriate personnel. The associate must accurately collect and enter all demographic and insurance data into the computer system using EMR and practice management software.
A high school diploma or GED is required for this position, although an Associate degree is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in using EMR and practice management systems is essential, alongside adherence to safety protocols like infection control and proper body mechanics.
