The role involves performing various Occupational Health services such as drug/alcohol testing, vaccinations, physical exams, and assisting with minor procedures while ensuring compliant processes and accurate documentation in the EMR. The LPN will also handle patient intake, discharge, education, and collaborate with the Occupational Health team to meet employer directives.
Candidates must be capable of performing essential clinical tasks including drug screens, lab draws, and administering care according to medical plans, while maintaining strong attention to detail in documentation and adhering to government compliance regulations like FMCSA and OSHA. Cross-training in front office duties like registration and scheduling is also expected.

Performs drug and alcohol testing, vaccinations, lab draws, tb skin tests, hearing and vision tests, Worker's Comp, physical exams and various other Occupational Health services. Assists in minor office procedures and injections, performs patient intake assessments, discharges patients from clinic and procedures, educates patients. Works collaboratively with the Occupational Health team to provide high-quality services with a focus on compliant processes and employer directives. Understanding of government compliance and regulated processes, ensuring work is performed as required by procedural guidelines.
