The Home Health Aide will assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, while also providing companionship and emotional support. Responsibilities include monitoring patient condition changes and ensuring a safe home environment according to the individualized care plan.
Candidates must possess a valid Indiana HHA or CNA certification and demonstrate a positive, patient-centered approach. Required qualifications also include reliable transportation, passing a background check, a recent physical examination, and a current TB skin test.
