We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Home Health Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist – SLP) to join our team. This role provides skilled speech therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving communication, cognition, voice, and swallowing to enhance safety, independence, and quality of life.
The Speech Therapist evaluates patient needs, develops individualized plans of care, and delivers evidence-based treatment in accordance with physician orders, agency policies, and regulatory standards.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program and hold a current SLP license in the state of practice, with the CCC-SLP preferred or required. A minimum of one year of Speech Therapy experience is required, with home health experience being preferred.
