The role is responsible for planning, providing, and coordinating all aspects of direct patient care according to established policies, maintaining the highest quality of care in a safe environment. This includes performing evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, providing treatment, and collaborating with the patient team and referral sources.
Candidates must possess a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and hold the current Physical Therapist license, registration, and/or certification as required by state regulations. The role involves significant physical demands, including frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally.
