Salary
$19 / HOUR
The role involves supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily living activities, including hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility, while also assisting with medication administration under supervision. Professionals will encourage independence, facilitate community involvement, provide companionship, and maintain accurate daily documentation.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid Class E (MO) or Class C (KS) driver's license with proof of auto insurance. Applicants need the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, demonstrate a compassionate demeanor, and must pass required background, FCSR, and health screenings.
Starting pay at $19/hr. + Weekend Differential Pay
