The Phlebotomist will ensure accurate patient paperwork and perform precise specimen collections, including blood and urine, following all established procedures. This role also involves serving as a liaison between patients, clients, and laboratory staff while adhering to all compliance standards.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and a mandatory Phlebotomy Certification, along with experience in specimen collection such as blood and urine. Required attributes include strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
