The Phlebotomist will be responsible for accurately completing patient paperwork and performing precise specimen collections, including blood and urine, following all established procedures. This role also involves serving as a liaison between patients, clients, and laboratory staff while adhering strictly to confidentiality and compliance standards.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and hold a mandatory Phlebotomy Certification, along with experience in specimen collection such as blood and urine. Essential attributes include exceptional communication skills, high organization, reliability, and proficiency with record-keeping technologies.
