The Phlebotomist will ensure accurate patient paperwork and perform precise specimen collections, including blood and urine, while adhering to all compliance standards. This role also involves serving as a liaison between patients, clients, and laboratory staff, and maintaining stocked supplies and accurate client records.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and a mandatory Phlebotomy Certification, along with experience in specimen collection or related healthcare services. Essential qualities include strong organizational skills, excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
