The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is primarily responsible for the safe administration of prescribed medications, accurate documentation, and providing basic nursing care, including treatment for minor injuries, to children and adolescents in a therapeutic home setting. This role involves close collaboration with behavioral health staff to maintain a safe, structured evening routine that supports resident stability and well-being.
Candidates must possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in Michigan, along with knowledge of medication administration standards and documentation practices. Experience in pediatric, behavioral health, residential, or long-term care settings is preferred, as is the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
