The Licensed Practical Nurse will perform nursing tasks, including case finding, health teaching, and supportive care under the direction of a registered nurse or licensed provider. Key duties involve direct patient care, administering immunizations, facilitating patient flow, performing CLIA waiver tests, and collecting patient information for providers.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited one or two-year nursing school and possess a current NYS License as a Practical Nurse along with current CPR certification. Essential attributes include exceptional attention to detail, superb organizational skills, strong influencing abilities, and a self-starting, results-oriented approach.

You will be primarily based at one of our Buffalo locations and you will travel to other Neighborhood sites in Western New York as needed.

$26.75 an hour based on a full-time, 40 hour work week
Plus, this position offers a sign-on bonus for external hires, paid in installments throughout the employee's successful first year of employment.
