Candidates must be medication trained and certified for at least two years, including having two or more years of experience passing medications in a residential or healthcare setting. The position is for a Health Coordinator in a Specialized Residential Home.

NFI North, Inc. is seeking a Health Coordinator for our Specialized Residential Home in Boscawen NH. This program is a residential treatment and day program with a reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational and peer support services and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and/or complex medical needs. The participants residing in these treatment facilities are seeking independent home-like living.
Provide direct care to participants, oversee medication administration while on shift, complete medical documentation and manage external provider visits and programmatic medical supplies. Coordinate with an NFI registered nurse to provide medication administration oversight as needed.
Medication trained and certified for at least two years to include having 2 or more years of experience passing medications in a residential or healthcare setting.
