The primary duties involve performing monthly audits of skilled nursing notes and OASIS assessments, providing timely feedback to nurses regarding missing or incorrect clinical documentation. This role also requires tracking documentation trends and compiling quarterly audit reports for management review.
Candidates must possess an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana and have a strong understanding of home health documentation standards, including Medicare/Medicaid requirements and OASIS assessments. Previous Quality Assurance or chart auditing experience is preferred, but strong clinical documentation skills are also considered.
Community Home Health Care is hiring an in-office QA Nurse to oversee the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of all clinical documentation. This role is essential to ensuring our client records meet professional standards and support safe, high-quality care.
