The role involves delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients across the lifespan while partnering with providers for seamless, coordinated treatment. Responsibilities also include supporting families, accurately documenting care in the EHR system, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Candidates must possess an active CNA certification in good standing with North Carolina, a High School Diploma, and current CPR/BLS certification, along with a valid Driver’s License. Preferred qualifications include one year of clinical experience, especially in primary care or community health settings.
