The Nursing Aide assists residents with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and other care while promoting self-care and independence. Responsibilities also include escorting residents, assisting with meal setup and cleanup, and potentially helping with resident activities.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred for this role. Preferred qualifications include knowledge and experience in nursing, senior living, home health, or a similar field.
