Caregivers are responsible for providing essential personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, alongside offering companionship and social interaction to seniors. They must also monitor and report any changes in the client's healthcare status to family members or other healthcare professionals.
Candidates must possess either a Florida CNA License or an HHA Certificate and have a minimum of two years of experience caring for patients or clients. Applicants are also required to undergo background screening and must demonstrate a compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor.
