The Data Entry/Intake Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for creating patient profiles and processing orders received via electronic prescription and fax queues in a timely manner. This role also involves managing incoming documents from the fax server and requesting refill prescriptions when appropriate.
Candidates must be a licensed or registered pharmacy technician as required by state law, possessing knowledge of medical terminology, medication names, and basic math skills. Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of pharmacy technician experience, and intermediate typing/keyboarding abilities.
