The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating nutritional services and care for inpatients, while also establishing policies and procedures for patient nutritional care. This position supports Food Services and Nursing Departments with education and assists in setting policies for food safety and distribution.
Candidates must be a Licensed Dietitian with the State Board of Examiners of Dietitians and a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, along with current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider. Required abilities include strong knowledge of nutrition, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

Plans, directs, and coordinates nutritional services and care for inpatients; establishes policies and procedures for patient nutritional care; supports Food Services and Nursing Departments with education regarding patient nutritional care; assists in establishing of policies and procedures for food safety/sanitation, preparation, distribution.
Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
