Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Scheduler in a Healthcare setting (preferably Assisted Living / Memory Care)
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medication Technician in an Assisted Living or related community.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English fluently
