The role involves implementing Personal Care Attendant Services and Private Duty Nursing Services by recruiting, supervising Personal Care Attendants, evaluating patient needs, and monitoring service delivery. Key clinical duties include medication setup and administration, vital sign monitoring, blood draws, catheter care, and assessing patient conditions to report to Physicians and the Personal Care Coordinator.
Applicants must possess current LPN licensure in Montana and current CPR certification, along with knowledge of the needs of the elderly and physically disabled. Essential requirements include a valid driver's license with insurance, the ability to use computer software efficiently, and the capacity to pass background and DMV checks.
