The Registered Nurse will plan and deliver nursing care to residents according to all applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations to maintain the highest quality of care and dignity. As a nurse leader, the role involves guiding and supporting LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal resident care.
Candidates must possess a current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state, along with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and must be knowledgeable of nursing practices pertinent to long-term care. New graduates are welcomed, though experience in direct care or a Skilled Nursing environment is a plus.
